Learning through nature
This programme is led by a qualified practitioner. Here, we allow children to become more comfortable with their surroundings and use the outdoor environment to foster personal, social and emotional life skills. Our trained staff make sure that the children are well-versed when it comes to routines, safety procedures and hygiene.
Learner-led sessions
From initial introductory sessions whereby the children explore the woodland site, the project develops sufficiently so education is learner-led. This may involve simple exploring or more imaginative activities incorporating role play - for example, pirates, spies, fairies and nature investigations. All are designed to foster the ongoing development of your child, from honing their balance and coordination to more interpersonal skills such as teamwork.
